Standard venue-access period: 10:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.

Your contracted access period includes all approved vendor arrival, setup, event, cleanup and departure time unless your agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Design Consultation: $250

The consultation fee is credited toward your décor services when a qualifying custom décor package is booked.

Our design team develops a personalized wedding concept based on your vision, color palette, style, priorities, and budget. Following your consultation, you receive a customized design proposal and investment estimate.

Optional décor enhancements, additional event time, catering, bar service, photography, entertainment, florals beyond those specifically included, event insurance, and other vendor services are priced separately unless expressly included in your proposal.

Alcohol Service

Approved, Compliant Service

Alcoholic-beverage service must be arranged through an approved provider and comply with venue requirements and applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws. Documentation is due by the contractual deadline.

Details Before You Reserve

How do I reserve a date?

After receipt of the signed agreement and required reservation payment.

When are payments due?

Your proposal and rental agreement identify all deadlines.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by the signed agreement.

Can I add more time?

Additional time is $200 per hour, subject to availability and written approval.

When must everyone leave?

Everyone and all property must vacate by the contracted departure time.
