These vendors are included as a helpful resource for clients seeking experienced professionals who understand how events operate at our venue. Their familiarity with the property may support smoother communication, setup, service, transitions and departure on event day.
Preferred vendors are recommended, not required. Clients may select vendors from this directory or request approval to use qualified vendors who are not listed.
Contracting With Your Vendors
Every vendor—including a preferred vendor—must be selected, hired, contracted and paid directly by the client. Preferred vendors are independent businesses and are not employees, representatives, partners or agents of Everyday Life Events & Design.
Review Before You Sign
Placement in this directory does not guarantee a vendor’s availability, pricing, performance, products or services. Review each vendor’s qualifications, agreement, insurance, cancellation terms, pricing and service details before signing a contract.
Client Responsibility
Every hired vendor must satisfy venue requirements, provide documents by stated deadlines, follow arrival through departure procedures, comply with applicable laws and remove all property by the contracted departure time.

Everyday Life Events & Design is not responsible for a vendor’s availability, pricing, performance, actions, omissions, damages, injuries, losses, contractual disputes or regulatory violations. The client remains responsible for selected vendors.
